GENERAL TERMS

& CONDITIONS

  1. Production of valid IDENTITY PROOF in ORIGINAL/ PHOTO COPY of the Boarder is mandatory at the time of Check-in at the Hotel counter.
  2. The prescribed room tariff denotes “Room accommodation charges for each day for each category/class of room available on the date of booking applicable for a day commencing from 10.30 a.m. of a day to 10:00 A.M. of the next day excluding GST, food charges, taxes & rates applicable in the state and other charges fixed by the management from time to time”.It is mentioned here that only 1 (One) extra Adult boarder shall be allowed in a room having “Double-Bed” and/or “Triple Bed” accommodation on payment of an extra-charge per day but availability of such accommodation is at the sole discretion of the Management. N.B. Boarder/s above 5 years of age will be considered as an “Adult Guest”.
  3. The boarder shall be the sole custodian of his/her possession including Cash, Jewellery and valuable article or things and belongings. The Management shall not be responsible for damage or loss thereof. Keys of the Hotel shall be submitted at the counter at the time of Check-out.
  4. No Boarder/s shall be allowed to take out of the premises of the Hotel any article/items/property including Bed Linens, Towels, Chair etc. belonging to the proprietor of the Hotel. Any loss or damage caused by the boarder’s to the property of the Hotel shall be re-imbursible as per the cost and assessment made on actual basis by the Management.
  5. The Management strictly prohibits Cooking, Explosives, Fire-Arms & Weapons, Drugs & addictive items, Concubines, Pet animals, entry/stay of friends & relatives of the Boarders in the Hotel premises after 10 P.M. Any loss or damage, criminal prosecution suffered as a result of such. prohibited action/s shall be the sole responsibility of the accused boarder’s and the management shall cause expulsion of such defaulting boarder/ s on proof of the same and claim pecuniary reimbursement and/or damages for such prohibited action/s.

CANCELLATION

Procedures

  1. in case Guest’s fails to avail accommodation within 6 hours of the scheduled time of CHECK-IN on the date of booking the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking of such guests unless such delay is caused by an ACT OF GOD.
  2. Cancellation Charges shall be deductible at the rate of 20% from the Advance amount subject to 15 days prior notice of such cancellation’s from the date of Scheduled Check in date. Otherwise, such amount shall become “NON-REFUNDABLE” and/or may be refunded after deduction of Cancellation charges at such higher percentage as maybe made applicable at the sole discretion of the Management.
  3. The management reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse the reservation without showing any reason whatsoever.
